Château Valade Blanc Entre-Deux-Mers 2016
Brilliant, light pale straw color. The nose is moderately intense offering scents of grapefruit, and grass with supporting notes of citrus zest, and fresh herbs. The palate confirms the nose delivering a citrus-driven core with flavors of kiwi, mineral. The finish is dry and crisp. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a vibrant texture. $14 3.5 Stars/88 points
Rossi D’Asiago Limoncello

The aromatics are much like homemade lemonade. The palate mirrors the nose delivering a vibrant and generous, lemon-focused core with sweet lemon hard candy and a zesty, mildly tart finish. Medium-bodied and vibrant with abundant, fresh citrus flavors. $23.99 – 4 Stars

The palate echoes the nose delivering a spicy, anise dominated core with subtle sweet tones leading to a softly viscous finish. Medium-bodied with bright anise notes throughout with just enough sweetness to carry and lift the spice. $24 – 4 Stars
