Analysis

Created with a refreshing blend of 80% Sylvaner and 20% Pinot Blanc from Dopff & Irion's 200 selected vinegrowers. The finished wine was kept on its lees for four weeks and then matured in tanks for a period of six months. Fermented and rested in stainless steel to retain the fresh, crisp flavors. 87 points.
