Analysis

The blend for this tasty wine is as follows: 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Syrah, 18% Merlot, 14% Petit Verdot, 10% Grenache, and 2% Carignane. You can't call it a Bordeaux style wine nor a Rhone style so forget the labels and take the wine as it is. The grapes for this red blend were sourced from a collection of Mercer's vineyards in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA. The fruit was harvested and crushed in individual lots, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then rested in a blend of American and French oak for 18 months before the final blend was created.

How to Enjoy

Serve at cellar temperature as this wine needs nothing but a glass but it is also great with pizza.
