Value Grade
This beautiful white won't make many bargain lists but that's okay, it's a cut above in terms of quality and we are happy to pay every penny of the asking price.
Analysis
This charming white is created with a blend of 43% Viognier, 40% Grenache Blanc, 14% Marsanne, and 3% Roussanne. The grapes utilized are all certified organic fruit. The wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve and emphasize the bright fruit. Only native yeast was used during fermentation. The wine was racked (removing natural solids) and blended then bottled in June of 2017. It's a bright and refreshing wine with depth and style. 92 points.
How to Enjoy
You can sip this wine with nothing at all but I believe that this is a wine that is begging for food, pairing well with nearly any fish or shellfish but we love it with ceviche.
