Cool Factor
What's more cool in the spring and summer months than a wonderful and expressive Rosé? We love everything about this wine.

Value Grade
Scarcity (fewer than 200 cases made), superb quality, and a modest price of just $25 add up to a great value in our book.

Analysis
The color may shock you as it's nearly as deep ruby red as a Beaujolais. The Red Hills Cellars Rosé drinks like the most refreshing red wine that you have ever had. It's made with 100% Grenache — a varietal that is capable of making outstanding Rosé wines. Both the aromatics and the palate are filled with generous, ripe fruit notes while maintaining perfect balance thanks to an equally generous dose of acidity. The only complain that we had is that this wine does not come in a bottomless bottle!

How to Enjoy
Serve chilled and pair it with almost anything especially spicy foods. A chili gilled chicken, curry, or spicy bbq are all great choices.
