Analysis

Ladies and gents allow me to introduce Ultra Pinot Noir (we featured the amazing Ultra Chardonnay a few weeks ago). Tongue Dancer Wine's latest and here-to-date greatest tier showcasing the best single-barrel of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from a vintage. The packaging is also unique featuring a pair of artful images that appear to be gazing at each other. The fruit was sourced from the Terra de Promissio Vineyard – a family owned and operated vineyard that grows fantastic Pinot Noir. The vineyard is located in the Sonoma Coast AVA, outside Petaluma, California in Sonoma County. Like their Ultra Chardonnay, we don't expect this wine to be consistently sourced year from year. We do know that there will not be an Ultra Pinot from 2020 but the Tongue Dancer team lays 50/50 odds on their 2021 Ultra Pinot being sourced from this same vineyard.

How to Enjoy

Like all of Tongue Dancer's Pinots, this wine needs nothing but a glass but it really loves grilled meats. Be sure to decant this ultra wine to get the full aromatic and flavor experience.
