Waterloo No. 9 Gin
Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are herbal and citrus-forward with waves of grapefruit zest, lavender, and ginger supported by notes of fennel, juniper, and violet. The palate echoes the nose, delivering a spicy, citrus-focused core with a bold potpourri of flowers and herbs accented by notes of blanched nuts, grapefruit essence, and licorice. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with a bright dose of citrus acting as the ideal foil to the opulent texture. $29.99 – 4.5 Stars
