Simple and Delicious Tequila Shrimp

Tequila Shrimp - quick & tasty
Tequila Shrimp – a quick & tasty dish

This is a super tasty and quick dish that fills your kitchen with the aromas of summer cooking. It perfectly shows off both top-quality shrimp and Tequila with support from chili and garlic. This dish also benefits from being dead easy to prepare while offering a wow factor to your friends and family.

If you can’t find fresh shrimp where you are, you can likely find quality frozen shrimp. To perk up your frozen shrimp, thaw in a large bowl of cold water that is heavily dosed with sea salt. This will not only add flavor, but it will also firm up the texture and make them smell like shrimp fresh from the water.

Serve with Tequila, a Tequila Cocktail, Riesling, or go the Beer route with a Wit or Saison.
