Roaming Dog Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley 2018
Brilliant, deep ruby color. The aromatics are very intense offering scents of black currant and graphite with supporting notes of black cherry, baking spices, and cedar. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of red cherry, black fruits, vanilla, and oak. The finish is long and lingering with chewy tannins. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a meaty texture. $14 4 Stars/90 points
Roaming Dog Red Blend Columbia Valley 2018
Brilliant, deep ruby/purple color. The aromatics are very intense offering scents of black cherry and five spice with supporting notes of anise, blackberry, and dried herbs. The palate confirms the nose delivering a black fruit-driven core with flavors of black fruits, plum, mocha, and slate. The finish is long and lingering with ripe tannins. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a supple texture. $14 4 Stars/90 points

Speyburn 15 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Brilliant, deep golden color. The nose is vibrant with fresh scents of baked pear, toasted grain, caramel, orange peel, and mocha. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a fruit and toffee-driven core with waves of brown baking spices, oak, and vanilla. Full-bodied with bright fruit flavors with a generous dose of acidity and a dry, spicy finish. Matured in both American and Spanish oak casks. $59.99 – 4 Stars
