Brilliant, dark ruby color. The aromatics are very intense offering scents of black currant and blackberry with supporting notes of wet stones, cardamon, black tea, earth, and hints of campfire. The palate echoes the nose delivering a black fruit-driven core with flavors of black plum, five spice, forest floor, and graphite. The finish is long and lingering with firm but polished tannins. Full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a meaty texture. $45 4.5 Stars/95 points

Booker’s Pigskin Batch 6 Years Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Brilliant, crystal clear with a light mahogany color. The nose reveals a wonderfully decadent caramel and fudge core with vanilla wafers, brown baking spices, and toasted oak. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a luscious, silky caramel-driven core with spicy oak and pepper accents that become spicier on the finish.
