Spirits Reviews

McQueen and the Violet Fog Gin
Brilliant crystal clear. The nose is quite alluring offering generous scents of wild flowers, candied lemon peel, and anise with supporting note of evergreens, pepper, and citrus. The palate echoes the nose delivering a complex and spicy citrus-driven core that is redolent of orange and lime with accents of juniper, pepper, and tropical flowers. Medium to full-bodied with ideal balance offering rich fruit notes with generous acidity and spice to foil to lush core. Made in Brazil – yes Brazil! The sugarcane based spirit is infused with 21 botanicals including six that are apparently not found in any other Gin. Hedonistic and delicious. $34.99 – 4.5 Stars

Wine Reviews

Quadrum Red Blend La Mancha 2019
Brilliant, deep ruby color. The aromatics are very intense offering scents of red cherry and black plum with supporting notes of black tea, dried herbs, and mineral. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of black cherry, ripe fig, five spice, and forest floor. The finish is long and lingering with silky tannins. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a supple texture. Made with a blend of 80% Tempranillo and 20% Garnacha. If you find a better red wine value contact us immediately! $19.99 4 Stars/91 points
