Beverage of the Week
Goose Island Matilda (USA)
Matilda is the ideal Beer to present to your “wine only” friends. They will be won over by this Beer’s complex and unique flavors. They may even be shocked that Beer can be like this while all of us Beer fans have known what great is capable of for some time.

Pfaff Cuvée Jupiter Riesling Alsace 2019
Brilliant, light golden color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of spring flowers and citrus zest with supporting notes of slate, honeysuckle, and kumquat. The palate echoes the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of red grapefruit, candied ginger, bees wax, and orange peel. The finish is long and lingering with bright citrus accents. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. $19.99 – 4.5 Stars/95 points

Speyburn 15 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Brilliant, deep golden color. The nose is vibrant with fresh scents of baked pear, toasted grain, caramel, orange peel, and mocha. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a fruit and toffee-driven core with waves of brown baking spices, oak, and vanilla. Full-bodied with bright fruit flavors with a generous dose of acidity and a dry, spicy finish. Matured in both American and Spanish oak casks. $59.99 – 4 Stars
