Paulaner Pils
Brilliant, pale golden color with a thick, white head. The nose offers classic aromas of toasted pale malt with bright, citrus-like accents from the Hallertau hops. Paulaner Hefe-Weizen
Pale golden/amber color, hazy, with a big, rocky white head. The nose is filled with the scents of fresh, sweet Bavarian Weizen yeast with soft tropical accents that gives this beer its classic signature. The palate picks up where the nose leaves off delivering a seductively creamy, malty core with abundant citrus and tropical fruit notes. Medium-bodied, classically proportioned, with perfect balance. 4.5 Stars
Flying Embers Orange Passion Mimosa, Hard Kombucha
Slightly hazy, pale orange color with a subtle carbonation. The nose is filled with the scents of fresh orange, tropical fruits, and citrus with a pleasing spice note. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a tangy blood orange-focused core with supporting notes of passion fruit and lime. Medium-bodied and ideally balanced with zesty kombucha acting as the perfect foil to the ripe fruits. 4 Stars

HOP WTR Blood Orange (Non-alcoholic)

Great Lakes Christmas Ale (2020)
Deep amber, reddish color with a thick and persistent head. The nose is dense with rich, sweet malt with accents of brown baking spices, ginger biscuits, cardamom, and pine cone. The palate is in full agreement being rich while never cloying. Malt with spicy cinnamon notes rise with a sweet/peppery ginger accent. A harmonious brew with great length and balance. Full-bodied with warming malt notes and just enough hops (30 IBU) to add a crisp edge. 4.5 Stars
