The palate is in full agreement being rich while never cloying. Malt with spicy cinnamon notes rise with a sweet/peppery ginger accent. A harmonious brew with great length and balance. Full-bodied with warming malt notes and just enough hops (30 IBU) to add a crisp edge. 4.5 Stars

Golden amber color with a slight haze. The nose is vibrant with the scents of malt and fresh bread with hints of caramel and toasted grains.
