Brilliant, deep bronze color. The aromatics are incredibly inviting, offering scents of vanilla cream, roasted nuts, and burnt orange peel with accents of roasted marshmallow and toasted grains. The palate is much drier and spicier than the nose delivering an oak-driven core with waves of black pepper that eventually give way to a nutty and caramel-laced finish. Full-bodied and spicy showing off it's rye inclusion in the mash bill enveloped by a complex oak signature. $45 – 3.5 Stars

Brilliant, pale copper color. The nose is filled with the scents of vanilla-accented cereal with waves of honey, orange peel, and heather with faint hints of smoke and pickling spices. The palate echoes the nose delivering a fruit-forward core with loads of dried apricot with supporting notes of star fruit, dry baking spices, and a bit of citrus and chocolate rising on the finish. Medium to full-bodied with nice balance as it brings together fruit and spice with subtle smoke accents. $27.99 – 3.5 Stars

Brilliant, faint salmon color. The aromatics are quite interesting with ripe red berries in the lead with juniper, pine, rhubarb, and roses in support. The palate is much sweeter than the nose would suggest delivering a sweet red berry core with spicy ginger and semi tart rhubarb accents. Full-bodied with Liqueur levels of sugar that offers enough spice to be a candidate for a contemporary cocktail. $32.99 – 3.5 Stars

Creamy, opaque alabaster appearance. The nose is largely reminiscent of classic Amaretto with pretty floral scents with candied almonds, apricot stone, and vanilla. The palate echoes the nose delivering a rich, chocolate and fruit-driven core with waves of vanilla cream and chocolate covered cherries. Medium-bodied and very silky being quite viscous and long lingering on the palate. $34.99 – 3.5 Stars

Bright, deep amber/scarlet color. The aromatics are pleasingly intense, presenting aromas of crushed berries and chamomile with supporting notes of rhubarb. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a tart raspberry-driven core with flavors of bramble berry, oak, eucalyptus, and earth with a tart finish. Medium to full-bodied and nicely balanced with an opulent texture. $38 – 3.5 Stars

The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a rich, sweet, corn Whiskey core with generous spice and vanilla accents finishing with a cold, black tea-like tannin. Full-bodied with great length and ideal balance and bright acidity. $50.89 – 3.5 Stars

The palate confirms the nose delivering a vibrant, sweet vanilla-driven core with soft mineral and sweet citrus notes on the finish. The palate confirms the nose while being a bit drier than expected with lush fruit notes at its core and an assertive wood accent with wood tannins. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a dry, mineral and grass-focused core with waves of talc, mineral, and black pepper rising on the finish. Medium-bodied with good balance thanks to a dose of bright acidity. $23 – 3.5 Stars

Brilliant, grapefruit color being completely opaque. The nose is complex and intriguing with scents of watermelon, cucumber, grapefruit and just a faint hint of floral notes but we wanted more hibiscus. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a fruit-forward core with sweet grapefruit and cucumber in the lead with pithy citrus notes on the finish. Medium-bodied and very refreshing, especially when served over ice. $22.99 – 3.5 Stars
