The palate echoes the nose while being more pleasingly fruity with welcomed peppery ginger notes and citrus.   • Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is filled with the scents of spring flowers, white sugar, green tea, and hints of earth and salt. The palate echoes the nose delivering a sweet, fruity core with waves of vanilla, fresh herbs, iodine, pepper, and powdered sugar. Full-bodied with great length and ideal balance and bright acidity. Made with a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. $49.99 – 3.5 Stars

  • Hazy, green/straw color. The aromatics are familiar with limejuice in the lead supported by subtle accents of Tequila and sugar. The palate echoes the nose delivering flavors reminiscent of a dilute Margarita with candied lime in the lead. Medium to light-bodied with quick-fading lime and Tequila flavors. $17.99 – 3.5 Stars

  • Ballotin Chocolate Toffee Flavored Whiskey

  • Brilliant, medium mahogany color. The nose is filled with the scents of milk chocolate truffles with loads of buttery toffee and candied nuts. The palate confirms the nose delivering a dense, buttery toffee-focused core with supporting notes of milk chocolate vanilla-soaked oak, and hints of sweet Whiskey.   • Bright, semi-opaque pale yellow color. The nose is filled with the scent of fresh-squeezed lime with candied citrus and honey. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a sweet, lime-centric core with waves of sweet, fruity wine, and accents of tart lime zest.   • Up or Over Gentleman Jack Tennessee Whiskey Sour (RTD)

  • Cloudy, copper/gold redolent of Whiskey touched lemonade. The nose is very pleasing with sweet citrus in the lead followed by vibrant Whiskey notes offering scents of caramel, oak, and brown baking spices. The palate flips the aromatics with Whiskey now in the lead delivering bright caramel, vanilla, and sweet/tart citrus accents. Medium-bodied and ideally balanced while being ultra-refreshing — it disappears from the glass. Served over ice as recommended. A lemon garnish is a positive reinforcement to the citrus in the cocktail and lifts the experience. $14.99 – 3.5 Stars

  • Mico Añejo, 100% Agave Tequila

  • Brilliant, copper color. The nose is a full buffet of aromas ranging from Whiskey to red wine with baked orchard fruits, candied citrus, and pickle-barrel. The only thing missing is Tequila. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a sweet, red berry jam core flanked by waves of caramel, cigar box, allspice, and vanilla-soaked oak. Full-bodied and absolutely decadent — desert-like with loads of fruit and a spicy finish. Aged in American Oak Bourbon barrels then finished in Alexander Valley Cabernet barrels. $59.99 – 3.5 Stars
