Brilliant, very pale straw color. The nose is filled with the scents of fresh blanco Tequila and vibrant, green cut jalapeño, grass, and subtle citrus zest accents. Brilliant, crystal clear with a faint hint of straw. The nose is quite floral with subtle and sweet herbal and chili notes rising from the glass. The palate is quite different from the nose as it opens with a faint sweet note that soon gives way to an assertive chili burn that lingers for minutes. Medium-bodied with very intense chili heat that dominates the palate. Made with 100% Blue Agave Tequila and infused with fresh habanero peppers from the Yucatan. $39.99 – 3 Stars

Brilliant amber/bronze color. The nose is wonderfully complex with scents of soft, pure Tequila with smoky chipotle chili and subtle citrus accents. The palate echoes the nose delivering a silky, chipotle-driven core with sweet and smoky chili flavors lingering with hints of chili-infused honey. Medium-bodied with ideal balance and the perfect degree of heat and smoke presented on the lush center-palate. Made with 100% Blue Agave Tequila and infused with chipotle (roasted/smoked jalapeños) peppers. $39.99 – 4.5 Stars

Brilliant amber color. The nose is anything but subtle with rich, oak influenced aromatics leaping from the glass. There is a core of tropical like fruit here but the dense oak notes deliver scents more reminiscent of Bourbon than Tequila. The palate fully concurs as it delivers a sweet caramel and cola attack that has overtaken the abundant agave fruit found in their Silver. The finish is peppery and sweet with brown spirit flavors. Medium-bodied, sweet and angular flavors. This is an odd bird. While we are not fans of a heavy wood character in our Tequila the wood is the only thing propping up this Tequila. $59 – 2.5 Stars

Brilliant, very pale straw color. The aromatics are complex and generous featuring sweet agave with accents of butterscotch, nutmeg, and vanilla bean with hints of red fruits and lime concentrate. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a rich and silky sweet agave core with flanking notes of delicate oak and spice. Full bodied without being cloying in the slightest offering a bright dose of balancing acidity and subtle oak notes. $35.99 – 5 Stars
