    Montes Cherub Rosé Colchagua 2016

  • Bright and deep pink color. The nose is expressive with the scents of ripe raspberry and strawberry with hints of cranberry and cherry, mineral, and rose petals. The palate echoes the nose delivering a fruit-driven center with hints of supporting flavors. It's a big and fat Rosé with loads of fruit but a bit light on the fresh dose of acidity that many Rosé drinkers are seeking. $16 – 3 Stars - 84 points

  • Brilliant, deep ruby color. The nose is filled with the scents of ripe red and black fruits led by blackberry and cassis with black cherry, plum, and a touch of raspberry with a generous dose of brown baking spices, and toasted oak with hints of cigar box. The palate echoes the nose delivering a rich and jammy fruit-driven core with loads of sexy baking spices and wood accents that are all kept in check by a bright dose of acidity. Medium to full-bodied with superb balance and great length with rich, chewy tannins. $25 – 4.5 Stars - 94 points

  • nuvino Sauvignon Blanc Valle Central 2013

  • Bright green/gold color. The nose is subtle offering scents of hay, green apple, stewed orchard fruit, and citrus. The palate echoes the nose with a tart, semi-oxidized fruit core flanked by green herbs, pomello, and lemon zest. Medium-bodied with bright acidity and moderate grassy notes. Made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is simply flat lacking the bright and nimble flavors typically found in Sauvignon Blanc. $2.99 – 2 Stars - 78 points
