    Santa Cristina Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie IGT 2014

  • Brilliant, pale straw color. The aromatics are very floral being led by white, spring flowers with supporting notes of peach, apple, and citrus with accents of orange peel and ginger. The palate echoes the nose offering a sprite, tart fruit core with mineral, citrus zest, and fresh grass. Medium-bodied with crisp green apple and citrus notes conspire to make this a very refreshing wine. $12 – 3 Stars - 85 points

  • Bright salmon color. The nose is fresh and floral supported by notes of raspberry, cranberry, and mineral, with hints of citrus zest. The palate is in full accord delivering a crisp, fruit-driven core with vibrant red berries being equaled by citrus and hints of herbs. Moderately intense with low alcohol and loads of tart fruits. $14 – 3 Stars - 85 points

  • Pale gold color with loads of legs showing its weight. Rich and intense nose with waves of peach and nectarine supported by notes of mineral, bread dough, lemon curd, thyme, and kiwi. The palate echoes the nose with a silky, fruit-driven core with accents of oak, mineral, and a champagne like yeasty backdrop. This is a big and rich Sauvignon Blanc with evident oak influence. $40 – 3 Stars - 86 points

  • Pale straw color. The aromatics are unexcpected, focused more on tropical fruits rather than orchard fruits with rich, sweet scents of pineapple, mango, star fruit, and hints of lychee. The palate confirms the nose - soft Medium-boded with succulent fruit with fresh acidtiy and delicate mineral notes. $16 – 3 Stars - 86 points

  • Kennedy Shah Merlot Columbia Valley 2012

  • Deep garnet red color. Dense, concentrated red and black berries take the lead with mineral, earth, and brown spices in support. The palate is just as rich with black cherry taking the lead with accents of cassis, coffee bean, earth, and oak. This is a bold Merlot with moderate, firm tannins, and long lingering earth tones. $14 – 3 Stars - 85 points

  • Bogle Chardonnay California 2013

  • Pale golden straw color with brilliant clarity. The nose reveals a classic New World Chardonnay with ripe white peach, apple, and tropical fruits in the lead supported by barrel notes emerging as well as vanilla bean, butterscotch, lemon curd, and nutmeg. The palate echoes the nose delivering waves of orchard and tropical fruits with a big does of oak, vanilla, and toasted coconut. This is a pretty intense Chardonnay without being heavy or cloying in any way offering a bright dose of acidity. Made with 100% Chardonnay. $10 – 3 Stars - 86 points

  • Very pale straw color. The aromatics offer bright and lively scents of greens leaves, grapefruit, lemon zest, and tart tea berries. The palate is in full agreement delivering a rush of tart citrus driven fruit with a healthy dose of grapefruit pith and Key lime. This is vibrant aperitif wine begging for chilled shellfish, baba ghanouj, or farm cheese. $16.99 – 3 Stars - 85 points
