Analysis
Bread & Butter wines are rapidly becoming a household name delivering a duo of popular varietals (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) from California. Unlike many of the larger volume brands, Bread & Butter is made from grapes sourced from selected vineyards rather than a simple blend of bulk wines. The Chardonnay grapes are sourced from two California vineyards in Carneros and the Arroyo Seco AVA in Monterey County. The wine went through malolactic fermentation resulting in a opulent texture. This wine was matured in both American and French oak casks. 91 points.
How to Enjoy
Serve chilled and sip at will. Enjoy with nothing but a glass or pair with roasted fowl and pasta primavera.
