Beverage of the Week

Domaine St. Laurent Pinot Noir Rogue Valley 2023Domaine St. Laurent Pinot Noir Rogue Valley 2023
This marks our first exposure to the wines from Domaine St. Laurent, and it’s a very pleasing introduction. Their first release came from the 2019 vintage, and they have steadily been growing their estate vineyards and perfecting their craft. Wine Reviews

La Carraia Sangiovese IGP Umbria 2023
Brilliant, medium ruby color. The aromatics are moderately intense, offering scents of plum and red cherry with supporting notes of slate, rose petals, and dried herbs. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of blackberry, pomegranate, and violet. The finish is long and lingering with ripe tannins. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a supple texture. A super value. $14 – 4 Stars/92 points

Spirits Reviews

Sagamore 10 Years Old Straight Rye Whiskey
Brilliant, deep golden/amber color. The aromatics are wonderfully intense, offering scents of baked peach and apricot, treacle, and baking spices with supporting notes of candied ginger, butterscotch, honey, and cashew butter. The palate is in full agreement with the nose, delivering a black fruit-driven core with flavors of gingerbread, caramel, roasted nuts, vanilla, and black pepper. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and impeccably balanced with a voluptuous texture. $79.99 – 5 Stars
