Beverage of the Week

Tongue Dancer Wines Chardonnay Russian River Valley 2023Tongue Dancer Wines Chardonnay Russian River Valley 2023 Tongue Dancer Wines Chardonnay Russian River Valley 2023 is a wine that we have been dying to tell you about. Wine Reviews

Umani Ronchi Villa Bianchi Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico 2023
Brilliant, medium gold/green color. The nose is moderately intense, offering scents of honeysuckle and apricot stone with supporting notes of green tea, jasmine, and lemongrass. The palate confirms the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of kiwi, kumquat, slate, bees wax, citrus zest, and blanched almonds. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a supple texture. $14 – 4 Stars/91 points

Spirits Reviews

Lunazul Blanco, 100% Agave Tequila
Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose wonderfully fruity offering scents of ripe tropical fruits (pineapple), red apple notes, and citrus zest with accents of sea salt and sweet agave. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a semi-viscous yet vibrant tropical fruit-driven core with generous supporting notes of citrus, black pepper, and hints of wild herbs and vanilla bean. Ideally balanced with clean, fresh flavors and a long, lingering, spicy finish. $25.99 – 4.5 Stars

Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
Brilliant and beautiful, deep indigo color. The aromatics jump from the glass being very floral with bright notes of juniper and grapefruit, with an underlying earthy edge. The palate echoes the nose delivering a very sprite and vibrant botanical core that delivers floral essences with a bit of ginger heat to frame the package. Medium to full-bodied with ideal balance thanks to a bright note of acidity that keeps the complex mélange of botanicals at attention. Made from eight botanicals in Victoria, Canada. $39.99 – 4.5 Stars
