Señorío de Villarrica Reserva Rioja 2018
Brilliant, deep scarlet color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of black cherry, lavender, black tea, and clove with supporting notes of forest floor, graphite, rosemary, and cassis. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of black plum, boysenberry, fennel, and thyme. The finish is long and lingering with ripe tannins and a firm minerality. Full-bodied and perfectly balanced with an opulent texture. Made with 100% Tempranillo. $40 – 4 Stars/93 points

Club Kokomo Artisanal White Rum
Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, offering aromas of vanilla, honey, and roasted pineapple with supporting notes of apricot stone, orchid, crème brulee, and meringue. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a tropical fruit-driven core with supporting flavors of lychee, star fruit, slate, and a bit of cane Rum funk. The finish is crisp. Medium to full-bodied and favorably balanced with a vibrant texture. $32.99 – 4 Stars
Club Kokomo Barrel Finished Rum
Brilliant, medium amber color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of caramel, oak, and baking spices with supporting notes of cashew butter, ginger biscuits, and vanilla flower. The palate echoes the nose delivering a toffee-driven core with flavors akin to roasted nuts, coconut, butterscotch, and charred oak. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a rich texture. $59.99 – 3.5 Stars
Club Kokomo Tahitian Vanilla Flavored Rum
Hazy, medium coconut water color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of honeysuckle, soursop, and white sugar with supporting notes of sweet coconut, honeydew, and vanilla. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a tropical fruit-driven core with flavors of blanched almonds, sandalwood, wet paper, and vanilla bean. The finish is a bit dull. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a creamy texture. $32.99 – 3 Stars
