Palmer & Co. Blanc de Blancs Brut Reims NV
Brilliant, light straw color with a fine bead of bubbles. The nose is moderately intense offering scents of white peach and spring flowers with supporting notes of citrus zest, blanched almonds, and wet stones. The palate confirms the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of apricot, honeysuckle, nectarine, and subtle toast accents. The finish is long and lingering. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant yet silky texture. $85 4.5 Stars/95 points

Blue Nectar Founder’s Blend Añejo, 100% Agave Tequila
Brilliant, deep copper color. The nose is filled with the scents of charred oak and sweet baked agave with supporting notes of sweet toffee, vanilla, and hints of pickle barrel. The palate is in agreement with the nose delivering a sweet fruit and toffee core flanked by astringent wood notes that envelope the baked agave was more aggressive than anticipated. Full-bodied with loads of spice and a very sweet, fruity core. $64.99 – 3 Stars
