Vecchia Cantina 80 Anniversario Rosso di Montepulciano 2018
Brilliant, deep ruby color. The nose is moderately intense, offering scents of red currant and forest floor with supporting notes of cigar box, hibiscus flower, and slate. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red fruit-driven core with flavors of red cherry, dried herbs, baking spices, and vanilla. The finish is long and lingering with ripe tannins. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a silky texture. $19.99 – 4 Stars/90 points

Aberfeldy 12 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Brilliant copper color. The nose is filled wit the scents of grass, baked pear, malt, toasted grains, and cherry with hints of leather and toffee. The palate echoes the nose delivering a red fruit and malt-driven core with accents of honey, stone fruits, and nougat. Medium to full-bodied with a rich but vibrant texture and ideal acidity. $35.99 – 4 Stars
