Beverage of the Week

Troon Vineyard Estate Syrah Applegate Valley 2018Troon Vineyard Estate Syrah Applegate Valley 2018 Troon Vineyard is going all-in on Syrah. Syrah is a grape that they feel is ideally-suited to the climate and soils found in the Applegate Valley. The Syrah from this appellation creates wines that are more like the wines of the Northern Rhone rather than southern California or even the Southern Rhone…  See the Beverage of the Week feature

Dixie & Bass Sauvignon Blanc Horse Heaven Hills 2019

Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a vibrant texture. $18 3.5 Stars/89 points

The palate echoes the nose delivering a black fruit-driven core with flavors of black plum, boysenberry, and five spice. The finish is long and lingering with soft tannins. Spirits Reviews

Grand Marnier Titanium Flavored Cognac
Deep golden peach color with perfect clarity. The nose is filled with the scents of sweet, concentrated orange and tangerine with hints of baked peach, candied ginger, brown baking spices, and vanilla. On the palate the fruit notes are quite subtle with the spices taking center stage offering soft pepper notes with pithy citrus sensations. Full-bodied — despite the rich fruit notes found in the aromatics this spirit is totally dry. A full departure from the classic GM approach that seems to be built to be base of contemporary cocktails. $39.99 – 3 Stars
