Brilliant, medium gold/green color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of white peach, meringue, and apricot stone with supporting notes of citrus zest, star fruit, tropical fruit, and bees wax. The palate confirms the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of lemon curd, green tea, honey, Meyer lemon, and brioche. The finish is long and lingering. The palate echoes the nose, delivering a spice-driven core with supporting flavors of brown sugar, candied ginger, dried herbs, orange peel, and cardamom. The finish is long and lingering.
