Donum Pinot Noir Carneros 2021
Brilliant, deep ruby color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of black cherry, five spice, and oak with supporting notes of blackberry, graphite, earth, and black tea. The palate confirms the nose delivering a black fruit-driven core with flavors of ripe black plum, violet, forest floor, and raspberry. The finish is long and lingering with ripe tannins. Donum Chardonnay Carneros 2021
Brilliant, medium/deep golden color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of lemon curd, baked apple, and pear with supporting notes of citrus zest, honeysuckle, and custard. The palate confirms the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of white peach, oak, lychee, brioche, and meringue. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with an opulent texture. $75 – 4 Stars/90 points

Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is wonderfully aromatic with bold and fresh scents of chamomile and juniper in the lead with supporting accents of orange peel, anise, and hints of marshmallow. The palate echoes the nose delivering a complex and herbaceous juniper-driven core with accents of citrus pulp and zest, orchard fruits, and licorice. Medium to full-bodied with ideal balance offering rich fruit and creamy marshmallow notes with generous acidity and spice to foil the lush core. $32.49 – 4.5 Stars

Pale gold with a subtle haze and a thick head built by a steady flow of fine bubbles. The aromas deliver a wonderful blend of citrus, clove, orange peel, and wheat in perfect measure. The palate echoes the nose offering more citrus and malt with complex notes of Asian pear, honey, coriander, and fresh bread yeast.
