Tongue Dancer Wines Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2023
This is the 12th vintage of Tongue Dancer Wines’ Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, and as always, it’s an impressive glass of Pinot Noir and our favorite since the fantastic 2020 vintage. We have reviewed every vintage since 2015, and while each wine is unique and always an expression of the vintage, each respective wine has scored 94 points or better. How’s that for consistency?

Wine Reviews
Celler Masroig Sola Fred Montsant 2023
Brilliant, deep ruby color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of red currant and black cherry with supporting notes of forest floor, baking spices, and licorice. The palate confirms the nose, delivering a black fruit-driven core with flavors of blackberry, sour cherry, bramble, and black tea. The finish is long and lingering with ripe tannins. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a velvety texture. This wine boldly proves that you don’t need oak to create a complex red. Made with 100% Carignan, and it’s absolutely delicious! $19.99 – 4 Stars/93 points
