The palate confirms the nose, delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of quince, ripe kiwi, apricot stone, bees wax, and pomelo. The finish is long and lingering with a pleasingly tart edge. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant yet supple texture. $30 – 4.5 Stars/94 points

Brilliant, light pale straw color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of grapefruit, grass, and citrus zest with supporting notes of fresh herbs, lemongrass, slate, and jasmine. The palate confirms the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of green melon, guava, kiwi, lime, and mineral. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and nicely balanced with a supple texture. $30 – 4 Stars/91 points

Calumet Farm 18 Years Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Brilliant, deep amber color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of baking spices, gingerbread, and dried fruits with supporting notes of brown sugar, roasted nuts, oak, and black tea. The palate echoes the nose delivering a bittersweet chocolate-driven core with flavors reminiscent of baking spices, butterscotch, candied ginger, leather, and charred oak. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a voluptuous texture. $499.99 – 5 Stars

Kōloa Rum Company Hawaiian Sweet Tea Rum Cocktail (RTD)
Slightly hazy, brown amber color. The nose is forward and inviting, offering scents of ripe peach with black tea and a hint of Rum. The palate echoes the nose, delivering a black tea-driven core with generous notes of peach and mildly sweet Rum. Light to medium-bodied with authentic ice tea flavors finishing with a mild tea tannin grip. Super refreshing and easy — pour over ice and serve with a citrus wedge. An incredible value that will be welcome at any BBQ or tailgate. $12.75 – 4 Stars
