Hotel Starlino Rosso Vermouth
Brilliant, bright ruby red with hints of amber. The aromatics are complex and alluring offering scents of ripe red fruits and red wine supported by notes of rhubarb, orange peel, ginger, and sandalwood with hints of vanilla. The palate echoes the nose delivering a tart, dried red fruit core with waves of bitter orange, dried herbs, cloves, and Marsala. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with rich fruits and tart citrus notes enhanced by a complex blend of aromatics. $25 – 4.5 Stars

Brilliant, pink/salmon color. The nose is first greeted with the scent of fresh grapefruit with lemon and orange that evolves to sweet and tart red berries and hints of herbs. The palate confirms the nose with sweet, red berries in the lead supported by fresh herbs and citrus zest that lingers on the semi-tart finish. Medium-bodied with great balance and vibrancy delivering generous vinous fruit and citrus. $25 – 4.5 Stars

Brilliant, deep ruby color. The aromatics are very intense offering scents of raspberry and pomegranate with supporting notes of red plum and nectarine. The palate echoes the nose delivering a red fruit-driven core with flavors of wild strawberry, red grapefruit, and hints of cranberry. The finish is long and crisp with tart red fruits lingering. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. Made with 100% Grenache. $25 – 4.5 Stars/94 points

Red Hills Cellars Sauvignon Blanc Rogue Valley 2020
Brilliant, light green/gold color. The aromatics are very intense offering scents of lemon curd and grapefruit with supporting notes of lime, slate, and honeysuckle. The palate echoes the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of white peach, lemon grass, and kiwi. The finish is crisp. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. $25 – 4 Stars/93 points

Red Hills Cellars Vytis White Blend Southern Oregon 2020
Brilliant, medium green/gold color. The aromatics are very intense offering scents of honeysuckle and red grapefruit with supporting notes of jasmine, kiwi, and lemon grass. The palate confirms the nose delivering a ripe orchard fruits-driven core with flavors of green apple, white peach, green tea, and bees wax.
