Linden Leaf 88 Organic Molecular Gin
Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is quite expressive being led by complex citrus notes with beautiful, earthy grains of paradise, juniper, and hints of tart lemon and orange blossoms. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering an understated melange of botanicals with a lovely backdrop of juniper that carries vibrant accents of citrus and brown baking spices rising on the finish. Medium to full-bodied with ideal balance thanks to crisp acidity and perfectly integrated spice and citrus flavors. Bravo! $38.88 – 5 Stars

Tongue Dancer “Applelicious” Apple Cider (USA)
Bright gold/green color with a stream of fine bubbles. The aromatics are subtle but complex offering scents of bitter apple, peach stone, baked apples, and lemon zest with hints of iodine and bay leaf. The palate echoes the nose delivering an apple-driven core with waves of Asian pear, guava, and apple peel with bright citrus accents. Medium-bodied with abundant acidity that gives vibrancy while mild tannins give structure and length. $6/375ml can – 4.5 Stars
