Brilliant, medium golden amber color. The nose is filled with the scents of wild honey, ginger, spring flowers, and treacle with hints of cigar box, mace, and pepper. The palate echoes the nose delivering a dense, caramel entry soon followed by spicy and peppery oak flavors supported by accents of cocoa nibs, cinnamon stick, and cedar. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a caramel and custard-driven core with supporting notes of candied ginger and oak. Brilliant, medium amber color. The nose is filled with the scents of sweet caramel, baked and dried apple and pear, and accents of brown baking spices. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering sweet caramel and toffee notes supported by baked fruits and pretty spice additions. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with waves of fruit and spice. $34.99 – 4 Stars
Tommyrotter Napa Valley Heritance Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Brilliant, medium amber color with hints of ruby. The nose is intriguing offering scents of caramel dosed rye and corn Whiskey with generous red fruit and spice accents. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a sweet oak and whiskey core with loads of red fruit with supporting notes of vanilla and allspice. Full-bodied with a rich and semi-viscous core. $47.99 – 4 Stars

Brilliant. medium mahogany/amber color. The nose is filled with the scents of caramel and baked apple with ample spice accents including cinnamon, black pepper, and allspice.
