Kuiper Belt Dry Gin
Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are wonderfully earthy and juniper-forward with the scents of a forest floor with waves of citrus, rose, and wild lavender supported by notes of green tea and orange peel. The palate echoes the nose delivering a generous but vibrant citrus-driven core with sweet orange foiled by grapefruit zest, and warming ginger accents. Full-bodied with ideal balance offering juniper galore with generous supporting citrus and floral contributions. Eight natural botanicals feature in this small batch dry Gin. $40 – 4 Stars
