Spirits Reviews

Waterloo Barrel Aged 2 Years Old Gin
Brilliant, medium amber color. The nose is expressive, with the charred American oak barrel in the lead, flashing vanilla and caramel scents coupled with baked orchard fruits (similar to a reposado Tequila) and accents of citrus, anise, and ginger. The palate echoes the nose, with brown baking spices from the barrels dominating, followed by notes of caramel, cinnamon, and licorice. Full-bodied with bold wood notes that take this Gin to unexpected frontiers. $39.99 – 4 Stars
