Urbión Reserva Rioja 2015
Brilliant, deep crimson color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of black plum, forest floor, and violet with supporting notes of cassis, anise, slate, and black tea. The palate echoes the nose delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of black cherry, lavender, and bramble. The finish is long and lingering with chewy tannins. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a supple texture. $24 – 4 Stars/93 points

GlenDronach Original 12 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Brilliant, medium copper/bronze color. The aromatics are very intense, offering aromas of dried fruits, Sherry, and butterscotch with supporting notes of vanilla, treacle, and roasted nuts. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a Sherry-driven core with supporting flavors of toffee, sultanas, baking spices, and toasted walnut. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and favorably balanced with an opulent texture. $65.99 – 4.5 Stars
