Lucchetti Special Spumante Brut Rosé Lacrima NV
Brilliant, medium ruby/burnt orange color with a medium bead of bubbles. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of wild strawberry and apricot stone with supporting notes of red grapefruit and hibiscus flower. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red fruit-driven core with flavors of raspberry, kumquat, wet stones, and hints of cranberry. The finish is long and lingering. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. Made with 100% Lacrima. $18.99 – 4.5 Stars/94 points

Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is fresh and vibrant with scents of mineral, green tall grasses (remember that sugar cane is a grass), and wet river stones. The palate echoes the nose delivering a silky, slightly viscous center with lovely supporting notes of pepper and citrus zest that keep it dry and refreshing. Medium-bodied with subtle flavors and enough bright spice notes that add interest and length. Made in Maui, Hawaii from organic sugar cane and deep ocean water. $29.99 – 4.5 Stars
