Beverage of the Week
Saratoga Fenimore Gin
First and foremost — this is a charming and tasty Gin that engages your olfactory and your taste buds in the most pleasing way. Isn’t that the point? This lovely Gin is crafted with the vapor method allowing a basket with their 13 botanicals to hang above the hot vapors made while distilling. The botanicals include the essential juniper and the common citrus peel along with eucalyptus, chamomile, star anise, and mallow root… See the Beverage of the Week feature

Thunevin-Calvet Cuvee Constance Cotes Du Roussillon-Villages 2018
Brilliant, deep ruby color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of black plum, cocoa, and graphite with supporting notes of slate, garrigue, and bramble. The palate confirms the nose delivering a black fruit-driven core with flavors of blackberry, raspberry, black tea, and licorice. The finish is long and lingering with silky tannins. Full-bodied and perfectly balanced with an opulent texture. $24 – 4 Stars/92 points

Hardhide Chilton County Peach Flavored Whiskey
Brilliant, light, golden, peach color. The nose is filled with scents of dry peach and stone fruit pits with a mineral accent followed by a bold American Whiskey nose. The palate is in full agreement with the nose, delivering a Whiskey and peach-focused core with stone fruits, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, and accents of brown baking spices. Full-bodied and wonderfully balanced with a near-impossible marriage of fruit and Whiskey. Bottled at 86-proof, so it’s not shy. $29.99 – 4.5 Stars
