The palate echoes the nose delivering a moderately sweet, concentrated lemon flavor with loads of freshly squeezed lemon zest and sweet cane sugar. Dense and viscous, mocha cream color. The nose is subtle while the scents of Whiskey are certainly wafting upwards supported by notes of milk chocolate, mocha, and roasted hazelnuts. The palate echoes the nose delivering a lush and creamy core with flanking notes of shaved chocolate, marzipan, double cream, vanilla, and Irish Whiskey. The aromatics are wonderfully seductive with scents of cinnamon and nutmeg being redolent of a freshly baked snickerdoodle cookies with hints of rich cream and toasted coconut. The palate echoes the nose delivering a silky creamy core with subtle spice accents that build on the nose with a touch of cinnamon heat married with vanilla bean. The nose is very expressive offering scents of ripe tropical fruits with a passion fruit focus but also redolent of sweet mango and star fruit. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a rich and wonderfully complex explosion of real passion fruit flavor including a pronounced tart accents that act as the perfect foil to the sweet core.
