Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is quite green with the scent of cucumber (skins and flesh) with green and dried herbs, and a distinct earthiness. The palate confirms the nose delivering the green cucumber notes with a generous dose of sugar and pithy citrus notes rising on the finish. Medium-bodied with bold vegetal flavors and a healthy dose of sweetness. $44 – 3 Stars
Brilliant, crystal clear. Well, there is not a chance you could nose this and think Vodka. The aromatics are firmly in the Whiskey camp offering waves of caramel, vanilla, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, and toffee. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a rich, Bourbon barrel notes with only the spirits lush and silky texture left to speak for itself. Medium-bodied with rich and expressive barrel notes of brown baking spice, vanilla, and caramel. $50 – 3 Stars

Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is incredibly rich and sweet with scents of ultra-ripe tropical and orchard fruits. The nose is equally sweet and viscous with loads of agave honey, baked peach, and pineapple with accents of lime zest, sea salt, and hints of ginger. It finishes with a viscosity that coats the mouth and throat for minutes with lingering fruit and pepper notes. $79.99 – 3 Stars
Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is filled with the scents of sweet talc and corn Whiskey supported by notes of citrus redolent of limeade and lime zest. The palate echoes the nose delivering a thick and sweet core with copious amounts of sweet lime and candy sugar. Despite the high proof, this spirit is rather soft and pleasant on the palate with no significant sense of alcohol heat. $30 – 3 Stars
Bright, copper color. The nose is wonderfully fruity veering toward Calvados (apples) with its aromatic signature accented by notes of clove, allspice, and oak. The palate is soft on entry with a peppery back and palate finish. Medium-bodied while being decidedly sweet and slightly viscous. $57 – 3 Stars
Crystal clear with faint cooper-green color. The nose is amazingly complex offering scents of dried blueberry laced with the wild herbal aroma of rue (an herb thought to have sundry medicinal properties). The palate is wildly fruity touched with fresh, green herbs and green tea tannins. Medium-bodied with nice balance and long lingering flavors. I find it to be fascinating. An original flavor that will evoke a love or hate response.$65 – 3 Stars
Deep bronze color. A soft, rich, and sweet nose with scents of vanilla, cola, tropical fruits and coconut. The palate offers a soft and silky mouthfeel with flavors of cola, vanilla, and fruit. Ideal for beach and poolside cocktails. Not terribly complex but well delivered, pleasurable, and a good value. $14.99 – 3 Stars
