Brilliant, crystal clear with a very pale straw hue. The aromatics of this Navy Strength Gin offers juniper, coriander, and citrus in equal measure with accents of brown spice and dried flowers in support. The palate echoes the nose delivering a lush and oily center palate with bold bursts of juniper, orange, grapefruit, and sweet herbal and spice notes dominate the core that becomes increasingly drier on the finish with vibrant citrus zest accents. Full-bodied with ideal balance and a texture, which is no small feat considering its considerable strength (54.5 abv). The Fords Officer's Reserve does not disappoint as it displays the same complexity and style of the original with a bold proof and subtle Sherry cask highlights. $34.99 – 5 Stars

Beautiful deep, golden color. The aromatics are so pure and so tactile that you believe that you can reach out and touch the freshly cut peaches with scents of the sweet, ripe flesh, tart skins, as well as a trace of stem and leaf. The palate is more pure peach with rich, peach concentrate at the core flanked by bitter skins, stone accents, and hints of under-ripe peach to add contrast. Medium to full-bodied with ideal balance with lush fruit from opening to finish. No one does a better peach liqueur. $24.99 – 5 Stars

Brilliant, deep golden color with amber accents. The aromatics are so seductive that you can be satisfied nosing this Rum for hours. Rich red fruits mingle with charred oak, vanilla, caramel, honey, and hints of nutmeg, allspice, and white chocolate. The palate echoes the nose delivering a complex marriage of red berries with rich brown baking spices, oak, soft citrus accents, and lovely secondary notes that are unique to this great Rum. Although it's lush and generous it's also dry and vibrant on the finish as the fruit becomes tart and the spices lean toward pepper. Full-bodied with ideal balance thanks to a fresh dose of acidity and Don Q's solid commitment to make Rum without excessive sugars. $49.99 – 5 Stars
