Brilliant, medium bronze to amber color. The nose is filled with the scents of dried dates and figs with supporting notes of baked apple, roasted nuts, and vanilla custard with hints of orange zest and oak. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a dried fruits-driven core with waves of allspice, nutmeg, oak, and hints of clove. Medium-bodied with a pleasing fruit and spice core framed by oak and a bright dose of acidity. A superb value. $21.99 – 4 Stars

Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose reveals the unmistakable scents of pot-still, cane juice Rum with waves of sandalwood, jackfruit, dried flowers, wet clay, mineral, and banana skins. The palate echoes the nose delivering sweet and ultra-funky tropical flavors with accents of dried herbs, mineral, citrus, and bamboo shoots with hints of pepper. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with a great length while deftly managing it's over-proof strength. This may not be everyone's cup of tea but if you carve funky and complex sugar cane spirits this is worth seeking out. $68.99 – 4 Stars

The palate echoes the nose delivering a rich yet dry caramel and brown butter-driven core with waves of allspice, oak, and nutmeg with hints of clove and pepper. Medium to full-bodied with ideal balance as it delivers a complex blend of aged Rum and spices. $23 – 4 Stars

Brilliant, pale golden color. The nose is filled with the scent of freshly toasted coconut with hints of coconut oil and mineral. The palate echoes the nose delivering lovely flavors of toasted coconut on a canvas of young Rum with accents of caramel and butterscotch. Medium-bodied with unmistakable coconut notes on the nose and the palate being much more dry than the typical flavored Rum. $23 – 4 Stars

The palate echoes the nose albeit a bit sweeter than expected with coconut flavors in the lead with hints of lime and Tequila in support finishing with a slightly tart, citrus pith note. Brilliant, golden color being nearly opaque. The nose is very tropical with the scents of ripe passionfruit in the lead with subtle hints of chili, citrus, and Tequila. The palate agrees with the tropical notes found in the aromatics but the chili was very stealth and rises on the palate following the tropical fruits and finishing with a lingering, bold chili accent. Medium-bodied with lovely fruit foiled by spicy chili flavors. $22.99 – 4 Stars

Hazy, pale golden straw color with a subtle bead of bubbles. The nose is subtle but distinct being akin to a fresh Whiskey Sour flashing scents of Whiskey, lemon, and subtle hints of honey. The palate echoes the nose delivering a Whiskey-driven core with generous waves of lemon and honey with a faint spritz.
