The nose is subtle but complex with interwoven waves of fresh citrus, pear, and grapefruit with supporting notes of tropical fruits, mineral, green melon, and hints of candied ginger. The palate echoes the nose delivering a fresh and vibrant fruit core with generous portions of citrus and mineral to keep it very fresh and lively.
