We love a great Rosé and when they are made by one of our favorite winemakers — it's ultra cool.

Selling at $22 a bottle this lovely Rosé won't be found in the bargain bin but this Rosé is delicious and rare with fewer than 200 cases made this year.

Analysis

The sixth commercial release of the tasty Tongue Dancer Wines Rosé of Pinot Noir (the fourth that we have reviewed) is delicious as always and in fact it is our favorite to date. This Rosé is in short supply so get yours fast. The 2019 Rosé was made with grapes sourced from a selection of Tongue Dancer's Pinot vineyards as they have done in most vintages. You may remember that last year's Rosé was made from a single vineyard. As in years past this vibrant Rosé is made in the saigné method — a winemaking technique that bleeds off a portion of juice after a brief contact (two days this year) with the grape skins. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel and one neutral barrel. It's vibrant, crisp, and above all fun to drink making it the ideal spring and summer sipper.

How to Enjoy

This wine really needs nothing but a glass and more importantly a second or third bottle. Get it while you can!
