The nose is filled with the scents of honey, wild flowers, figs, caramel, and layers of fruit with toffee, apricot, pecan, and brown butter.

The palate fully agrees with the nose delivering rich layers of brown butter and baked apple with loads of honey, assertive brown baking spices, and soft oak accents.
Intensity & Texture
Medium-bodied with perfect balance and a building warmth from the freshly toasted clove, cinnamon, and allspice.
Cool Factor
It's impossible for me to give any Christian Drouin product anything less that an "A" for cool as these represent some of the finest spirits the world has to offer.
Value Grade
These handcrafted spirits from Christian Drouin are not cheap but how could they be? Every offering is well worth the asking price.
Analysis
This beauty is aged 19 years in old, classic Calvados casks followed by one year in former Sauterne casks from the famed Château Guiraud. It has aged for more than two decades in the cask while retaining a vibrant and youthful aromatic flavor profile while the Sauterne cask certainly contributes honey and floral notes.
How to Enjoy
Sip neat in a brandy glass after dinner or perhaps after the work day.
