Analysis
This is a bold Rye with style and balance as well. It's made with a mash-bill of 95% Rye and 5% malted barley — so there is no chance of mistaking this Whiskey with a Bourbon! It's aged for three to five years in charred American oak barrels in Redwood Empire's West Sonoma County rack house that promotes even and consistent maturation. Their Rye Whiskey is named for the Emerald Giant tree that stands over 360 feet tall in California's Redwood National Park.
How to Enjoy
This lovely Rye needs nothing but a glass and perhaps a splash of water. We love this Rye in the classic Manhattan as the bold flavors shine.
