Analysis

The Yebiga Bela Rakija is a true treat. A pure and authentic Rakija (pronounced Ra-Kee-Ya) that is clearly made by master distillers. Rakija is a very specific style of fruit Brandy made in the Balkans. Rakija is an essential element of the local culture and is often made at home in an heirloom still. Most any fruit may be used — grapes, quince, or pears are popular but plums are considered to be the ultimate fruit base for Rakija. Yebiga's Bela is beautifully refined. If you have ever had a homemade Rakija it was likely quite heady. Yebiga Bela is expertly distilled offering alluring aromatics and a soft and complex palate. How to Enjoy

Sip neat, typically at room temperature but you could chill it — slightly. Excessive chilling will mute the delicate and complex aromatics and flavors. Yebiga Bela can be used in cocktails but go easy on the additions taking care to not lose the unique flavors of this spirit.
