First and foremost — this is a charming and tasty Gin that engages your olfactory and your taste buds in the most pleasing way. Isn't that the point? This lovely Gin is crafted with the vapor method allowing a basket with their 13 botanicals to hang above the hot vapors made while distilling. The botanicals include the essential juniper and the common citrus peel along with eucalyptus, chamomile, star anise, mallow root. The botanicals play together ideally never competing while the mallow root may be the star of the show as it appears on the nose and palate and seems to bond the other flavors. Cooperstown Distillery — the creators of this Gin, will tell you that the spring water from Saratoga, New York is the secret ingredient and who are we to argue.
