Analysis

Our first review of a 2020 wine at BevX — it's a winner. The grapes were harvested at night, a technique used by winemakers to pick fruit at the coolest part of the day to preserve the grape's vibrancy and aromas. The grapes were gently pressed and the juice was clarified to best capture the essence of their Marlborough (NZ) Sauvignon Blanc. This delicious and vibrant wine is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. We love this pure expression of Sauvignon Blanc created in one of the world's greatest appellations for this noble varietal.

How to Enjoy

The Whitecliff Sauvignon Blanc is super versatile needing nothing more than a glass — perfect for happy hour. It does also pair beautifully with fresh seafood dishes, roasted fowl, and mild to medium intense curries.
