Tongue Dancer Wines Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2024

Tenuta Ghiaccio Forte Morellino di Scansano DOCG 2024
Brilliant, medium ruby color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of strawberry, red cherry, and hibiscus flower with supporting notes of boysenberry, dried herbs, and violet, with hints of pomegranate, and rosemary. The palate confirms the nose, delivering a red and black fruit-driven core with flavors of black cherry, and elderberry, with accents of cranberry, and black tea. The finish is long and lingering with ripe tannins. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a vibrant texture. $21.99 – 4 Stars/93 points

Brilliant, dark ruby color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of violet, forest floor, and red cherry with supporting notes of black tea, five spice, and ideally integrated oak. The palate confirms the nose delivering a red and black fruits-driven core with flavors of black plum, cassis, and mineral, with accents of licorice, and white pepper. The finish is long and lingering with chewy tannins. Full-bodied and perfectly balanced with an opulent texture. $65 – 4.5 Stars/94 points

Rampur Double Cask Single Malt Indian Whisky
Brilliant, pale copper color. The nose is filled with the scents of stewed tropical fruits with a generous dose of vanilla, caramel malt, and brown baking spices with charred oak. The palate echoes the nose delivering a lush, Sherry-soaked fruit core with accents of candied orange peel, clove, and cinnamon bark. Full-bodied with loads of barrel-driven spice notes and an oaky finish. Non-chill filtered, rested on Bourbon and European Sherry casks. $89.99 – 4.5 Stars
Ballotin Chocolate Toffee Flavored Whiskey
Brilliant, medium mahogany color. The nose is filled with the scents of milk chocolate truffles with loads of buttery toffee and candied nuts. The palate confirms the nose delivering a dense, buttery toffee-focused core with supporting notes of milk chocolate, vanilla-soaked oak, and hints of sweet Whiskey. Medium to full-bodied with a very viscous palate that lingers with a bit of a syrupy characteristic. $29.99 – 3.5 Stars
